Your tasks
- Integrate and maintain systems based on Siemens CPUs
- Contribute to the support and lifecycle management of existing and new installations
- Operate and provide support for on-site OT/IoT systems, including configuration, commissioning, maintenance, and Level 1/2 support (troubleshooting, diagnostics, remote interventions), monitoring and tracking of installations, management of backups and disaster recovery plans, as well as change management and system updates.
- Contribute to the integration of automation systems within the Bell Switzerland organisation
- Participate in automation projects and the continuous improvement of installations
- Ensure the separation and handling of OT components within a dedicated network
- Help implement simplified OT/IoT security measures
- Ensure the smooth operation of labelling systems
What you bring with you
- Technical qualification (CFC, ES or equivalent) in automation, electrical engineering, industrial IT or a similar field
- Practical experience with PLCs (ideally Siemens S7 / TIA Portal) and supervisory control systems
- Basic knowledge of industrial or IT networks
- Experience in an industrial environment (production, logistics or process)
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work effectively on site and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
- Languages: fluent in French and German; English would be an asset
- Reliable, flexible and proactive personality, able to work well under pressure
