Your tasks

  • The content of the Business Administration - Human Resources Management degree course with a focus on HR services/demographic management is tailored precisely to the complex needs of the HR industry.
  • During the course, you will be trained for your future internal service role on the one hand, and for your role as a business partner to internal specialist departments, managers and senior management on the other. Lessons take place alternately. This means three months of theoretical training at the DHBW Lörrach and three months of practical training directly in the company.
  • In the training company, you will initially support the HR department team with all administrative and organizational tasks.
  • With this degree and the Bachelor of Arts, you will qualify for a responsible job in all sectors of the economy up to a management position.
