Your tasks
- Determining staffing requirements and drawing up staff deployment plans for the assigned area
- Ensuring that staffing levels are appropriate to requirements and efficient
- Handling short-term adjustments in the event of additional orders, absences and other changes
- Handling staff enquiries and drawing up holiday schedules
- Continuously developing existing systems and tools
- Working closely with upstream and downstream process units
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial or technical training; relevant further training would be an advantage
- Professional experience in workforce planning, preferably within the food industry
- Organisational skills and a good understanding of planning processes
- Enjoy working with various internal and external contacts
- Very good computer skills
- Fluency in spoken and written German
