Your tasks

  • Determining staffing requirements and drawing up staff deployment plans for the assigned area
  • Ensuring that staffing levels are appropriate to requirements and efficient
  • Handling short-term adjustments in the event of additional orders, absences and other changes
  • Handling staff enquiries and drawing up holiday schedules
  • Continuously developing existing systems and tools
  • Working closely with upstream and downstream process units

What you bring with you

  • Completed commercial or technical training; relevant further training would be an advantage
  • Professional experience in workforce planning, preferably within the food industry
  • Organisational skills and a good understanding of planning processes
  • Enjoy working with various internal and external contacts
  • Very good computer skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written German
