Your tasks
- Maintenance, repair and servicing of production lines, packaging machines, sorting systems, conveyor systems and more.
- Effective troubleshooting and carrying out repairs during production operations.
- Regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system availability.
- Documentation of all maintenance and repair work in our maintenance software.
- Support with the optimisation and improvement of our equipment.
- Fabrication of special parts or small batches as required.
- Compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining order in the workplace.
What you bring with you
- A completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic (EFZ) specialising in maintenance, a production mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Ideally, professional experience in the maintenance of production plant (experience in the food industry is an advantage).
- Sound knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and electrical engineering (machining is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, reliably and as part of a team.
- Good written and spoken German.
- Willingness to work shifts (including weekends and night shifts).
- We offer a role working on a 3-shift rota, which allows for flexible working hours. The shifts include early, late and night shifts, as well as occasional weekend work.
