As an Operations Coordinator, you will work with the team to ensure that logistics processes run smoothly. You’ll coordinate day-to-day tasks, optimise processes and also lend a hand with operational duties.

Your tasks

  • Initiating, implementing and coordinating measures to optimise operational processes and procedures
  • Support, training and professional development for key users and plant operators
  • Collaboration within project teams, as well as the independent management and implementation of projects
  • Coordination between various departments (Head of Operations, Department, WPS, Technical Services, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations in the workplace

What you bring with you

  • Completed vocational training in logistics, engineering or the food industry
  • Further training in logistics and experience in a similar role
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programmes; knowledge of SAP EWM would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in an organised manner on a day-to-day basis, as well as a keen sense of curiosity and a proactive approach
  • Professional experience in the food industry would be an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German; French or English would be an advantage
