In this role, you will be the point of contact for our clients’ operational matters and for internal liaison within the Charcuterie product group. You will support our Key Account Manager in day-to-day operations, thereby making a significant contribution to the success of our clients and internal partners.

Your tasks
- Preparing price proposals, price calculations and quotations
- Optimising processes and improving efficiency in the Charcuterie Retail division
- Leading projects for new products and planning seasonal activities
- Preparing customised analyses and reports, as well as compiling meeting documents, presentations and sales dossiers for the relevant KAM
- Monitoring and maintaining the promotional plan (budget reconciliation, delivery quantities, pre-orders, etc.)
- Administrative tasks such as processing returns, credit notes, complaints, test orders, etc.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as the flow of information to line managers and relevant stakeholders
What you bring with you
- Completed basic commercial training; experience in the food industry would be an advantage
- Initial professional experience in sales, key account management or category management
- Experience of working on or leading projects
- Very good command of German; knowledge of French would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong customer and service focus
- Interest in the meat processing industry
- A proactive, independent and articulate individual
