Your tasks

  • Real room for manoeuvre: You will manage and develop our entire brand portfolio with a clear focus on growth and relevance in the market.
  • Direct influence: You are responsible for the budget, targets and performance and derive effective measures for business success.
  • Management that moves: You lead your team clearly, develop it further and create an environment in which responsibility and performance are created.
  • Structures that work: You ensure efficient, high-quality processes and optimise them continuously.
  • Visibility at top level: You report to the management and actively contribute to strategic decisions as part of the division management.
  • Communication when it matters: You are responsible for corporate and crisis communication in a confident and appropriate manner.

What you bring with you

  • Completed degree in economics or comparable qualification
  • Many years of experience in marketing and/or sales - ideally in a management position
  • Sound experience in the FMCG environment
  • Experience in both brand and private label business
  • Confident in dealing with market and consumer data as well as in quantitative and qualitative market research
  • Experience in working with German retailers is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of market figures and their translation into concrete measures
  • Leadership experience and the ability to develop and lead teams
  • Business fluent in German and English
