Head of Cleaning, Slicer Centre (New Oensingen Facility)
In this role, you will lead the Cleaning Department at the Slicer Centre. You will ensure that all areas – from offices to production rooms – are cleaned efficiently, hygienically and in an environmentally friendly manner. Together with your team, you will ensure that operations run smoothly and that quality and safety standards are met, thereby contributing to the success of the site.

Your tasks
- Management and development of staff, including resource planning, communication, training and motivation
- Ensuring that cleaning operations are organised in accordance with daily and annual schedules, in coordination with the relevant departments
- Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene in offices, cloakrooms, staff rooms and in the cleaning of workwear
- Optimising work processes with regard to cost-effectiveness, quality, cleanliness and health and safety
- Adherence to the budget within the area of responsibility and the sustainability of the use of cleaning and disinfectant products
- Responsibility for safety across the entire scope of duties
What you bring with you
- Several years’ proven experience in the cleaning industry in a managerial role
- Completed training in a relevant field (e.g. facility management)
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning processes and experience in the food industry would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Very good command of written and spoken German
- Flexibility (including willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays), as well as the ability to think holistically and a strong awareness of hygiene standards
