Your tasks
- Support for international third-party customers (export customers)
- Managing intercompany business in relation to sales
- Point of contact within the internal sales team for our customers, communicating in German and English
- Processing and coordinating enquiries and preparing quotations and tenders
- Liaising, coordinating and collaborating with specialist departments (e.g. Production, marketing, logistics, Quality management, Purchasing, etc.)
- Preparing customs documents
- Drafting of waste disposal agreements, e.g. ARA
- Preparing commission statements for commercial agencies
- Maintaining prices and terms and conditions in the SAP system
- Sales planning (IBP – Integrated Business Planning)
- Collaboration on defined projects, including monitoring project lists
- Handling of complaints and coordination with the relevant specialist department
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Several years’ professional experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of customs procedures, particularly in the preparation of export accompanying documents and EUR.1 certificates
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes and SAP
- Very good written and spoken English
- Ideally, experience in the food industry
- A reliable, independent and responsible approach to work
