Your tasks

  • Team & Responsibilities: You will support and stand in for the team leader, gradually developing your leadership skills.
  • Keeping an eye on everything: You’ll coordinate staff, maintenance, repairs, projects and external partners.
  • Keeping the equipment running: In the event of faults or repairs, you and your team are on hand to find solutions that promote sustainability.
  • Making things better: You’ll identify areas for improvement and contribute your ideas regarding equipment, maintenance and processes.
  • Helping to shape the future: Your expertise is in demand for refurbishments, new equipment and technical projects.
  • Digital & safe: You’ll work with SAP and, together with the team, ensure compliance with our safety, hygiene and operational guidelines.

What you bring with you

  • Technical EFZ qualification in mechanics or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in plant maintenance or industrial maintenance
  • A passion for technology and a genuine desire to solve problems
  • Some management experience or a desire to develop your management skills
  • Initiative, team spirit and a sense of responsibility
  • An interest in modern technology, automation and new solutions
  • Knowledge of SAP and IT would be an advantage
  • Very good command of German
  • Willingness to work with meat and meat products, as well as to be on call
