Your tasks
- Ensuring the technical availability of our production and conveyor systems
- Regular analysis, elimination and sustainable reduction of malfunctions to minimize downtimes and production stoppages
- Maintenance and participation in continuous improvement processes for the machinery
- Maintenance of the maintenance program and documentation for machines and systems
- Involvement in installations and projects - from planning to successful implementation, incl. test and acceptance phases
- Collaboration with external specialist departments and service providers, incl. coordination, monitoring and acceptance of work

- Managing and registering requirements for spare parts
- Deputizing for the team leader for conveyor technology maintenance, providing support for day-to-day work
What you bring with you
- Completed basic technical training
- First management experience in a similar function an advantage
- Assertiveness, solution-oriented approach and high resilience
- No sensitivity to cold, heights, blood and strong odors
- Ready for on-call duty and shift work (3 shifts, incl. night shift)
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP an advantage
- Adept at negotiating in written and spoken German
