Your tasks

  • Ensuring the technical availability of our production and conveyor systems
  • Regular analysis, elimination and sustainable reduction of malfunctions to minimize downtimes and production stoppages
  • Maintenance and participation in continuous improvement processes for the machinery
  • Maintenance of the maintenance program and documentation for machines and systems
  • Involvement in installations and projects - from planning to successful implementation, incl. test and acceptance phases
  • Collaboration with external specialist departments and service providers, incl. coordination, monitoring and acceptance of work

  • Managing and registering requirements for spare parts
  • Deputizing for the team leader for conveyor technology maintenance, providing support for day-to-day work

What you bring with you

  • Completed basic technical training
  • First management experience in a similar function an advantage
  • Assertiveness, solution-oriented approach and high resilience
  • No sensitivity to cold, heights, blood and strong odors
  • Ready for on-call duty and shift work (3 shifts, incl. night shift)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP an advantage
  • Adept at negotiating in written and spoken German
