Your tasks

You will manage a production facility with around 800 employees and ensure that production runs smoothly
You develop and implement strategies to optimise processes and Quality assurance
You motivate, encourage and lead your team to achieve the company's goals together
You are responsible for compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental standards
You bring departments together to drive innovation and increase efficiency

What you bring with you

You have completed training or a degree in food technology, production or management
You are a motivating personality with strong organisational skills and assertiveness
You have a high sense of responsibility and a flair for quality and safety

job.minimum_wage

The gross annual salary for this position is € 70,000 (full-time basis), overpayment possible depending on specific qualifications and experience
