Your tasks

  • You will manage a production facility with around 800 employees and ensure that production runs smoothly
  • You develop and implement strategies to optimise processes and Quality assurance
  • You motivate, encourage and lead your team to achieve the company's goals together
  • You are responsible for compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental standards
  • You bring departments together to drive innovation and increase efficiency

What you bring with you

  • You have completed training or a degree in food technology, production or management
  • You are a motivating personality with strong organisational skills and assertiveness
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and a flair for quality and safety

The gross annual salary for this position is € 70,000 (full-time basis), overpayment possible depending on specific qualifications and experience
