Your tasks
- Ensuring the availability of materials for the plant
- Assisting the warehouse manager
- Carrying out incoming goods checks (documents and goods)
- Storing goods following receipt of orders
- Picking goods in accordance with orders
- Recording stock movements and ensuring traceability
- Assisting with stock checks and stock-takes
- Assisting with ensuring data quality in the systems
- Assisting with purchase orders and reorder requests to the RH planning department
What you bring with you
- Logistics Specialist (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Several years’ professional experience in materials management
- Fluency in spoken and written German; knowledge of French would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of SAP
- Certificate of training for forklift trucks and tow-behind equipment
- Organised, conscientious and able to work under pressure
