To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as Deputy Head of the Processing Department. In this varied role, you will organise the Processing team with dedication and foresight, ensuring that Production runs smoothly whilst meeting both qualitative and quantitative targets. You will take responsibility for day-to-day operations and play an active role in projects. Using Lean methods and tools, you will optimise processes, lead improvement projects and ensure sustainability in the development of our workflows.

Your tasks
- Coordination of day-to-day operations to ensure they run smoothly
- Organising and optimising processes within the area of responsibility
- Planning staff deployment and acting as deputy to the head of department
- Responsibility for safety, quality and productivity
- Leading lean management projects
- Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing improvement measures
- Data and document management, as well as monitoring of working hours and absences
- Supporting and contributing to projects
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- Experience in the food industry would be an advantage
- Good written and spoken German
- Experience in lean management and leadership experience would be an advantage
- Clear, appreciative and respectful communication
- A resilient, reliable and responsible personality
- High degree of independence and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
- A team player with a solution-oriented approach
