Your tasks
- Managing and coordinating the late shift and ensuring smooth operations
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external partners during the shift
- Optimising workflows and processes in terms of efficiency, personnel development, quality and hygiene
- Processing and escalating disruptions, deviations and operational challenges
- Documenting relevant shift key figures, incidents and handover information
- Ensuring the flow of information between the late shift, night shift and day shift as well as neighbouring areas
- Collaborating on projects and actively contributing improvement and optimisation measures
- Further developing TopX (lean management programme) and driving continuous improvement processes in the company
- Ensuring and taking responsibility for compliance with labour, safety, order and cleanliness standards
- Supporting the Head of Operations in operational and personnel management and deputising for him in his absence
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training, ideally in the field of technology, food or logistics
- Completed further training in logistics
- Experience in the food industry as well as good product and logistics knowledge
- Management experience in a comparable function
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP
- Very good written and spoken German and a good command of English
- You are assertive, resilient and flexible
- Networked thinking and a good understanding of production and logistics processes and their interrelationships
- Flair for technology, digitalisation and automation
