Your tasks

  • Processing all customer feedback and complaints
  • Initiating investigations to determine the causes of complaints
  • Documenting investigation results and measures
  • Conducting trend analyses for customer and consumer complaints
  • Preparing and supporting the reporting of complaints

What you bring with you

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
  • Ideally several years of professional experience
  • Very good IT skills, especially in Excel
  • Organizational talent, communication skills, motivation and flexibility
