Your tasks
- Processing all customer feedback and complaints
- Initiating investigations to determine the causes of complaints
- Documenting investigation results and measures
- Conducting trend analyses for customer and consumer complaints
- Preparing and supporting the reporting of complaints
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- Ideally several years of professional experience
- Very good IT skills, especially in Excel
- Organizational talent, communication skills, motivation and flexibility
