Your tasks
- - Management of the electrical maintenance and automation team, including deployment and absence planning, training and technical guidance
- - Technical and system responsibility for all electrical systems and installations in operation (maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting)
- - Ensuring the procurement and availability of spare parts
- - Coordinating in-house electrical installations in collaboration with external suppliers and fitters
- - Planning and carrying out recurring inspections in the area of occupational and electrical safety
- - Further development and optimisation of machines and systems
- - Responsibility for seamless documentation and management of orders and feedback in our maintenance programme
What you bring with you
- - Completed basic training in the field of electrical engineering or automation
- - Advanced training in electrical engineering, systems engineering or automation is an advantage
- - Management experience in a similar function
- - Operating electrician licence in accordance with NIV Art. 13
- - Assertiveness, solution-orientated approach and high resilience
- - Strong organisational skills as well as a team player and proactive personality
- - Good knowledge of MS Office programmes, knowledge of SAP an advantage
- - Good written and spoken German
