Your tasks
- Monitoring the deployment planning and supporting the cleaning team.
- Ensuring and optimising the cleaning processes in terms of quality, hygiene, efficiency and cleanliness.
- Monitoring and ensuring cleaning quality in accordance with the applicable standards and cleaning schedules.
- Participating in the selection and optimisation of cleaning agents, aids and cleaning systems and promoting the environmentally friendly use of resources.
- Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, health protection and the implementation of emergency and alarm measures.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes in the area of responsibility
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training as a cleaner or professional knowledge in the field
- Management experience in a similar function
- Flexibility in assignments and willingness to work shifts (day and night)
- Assertiveness, solution-orientated approach and high resilience
- Strong organisational skills and a team player personality
- Knowledge of German and French
