Your tasks
- Organisation and management of production lines, as well as staff scheduling and break planning
- Ensuring production is completed on schedule whilst complying with quality, hygiene, safety and allergen standards
- Providing technical management, support and training to staff, and conducting team meetings
- Active involvement on the production lines and responding swiftly to disruptions and problems
- Carrying out quality checks, product approvals and ensuring correct documentation, including CSB entries
- Contributing to improvement measures to optimise processes, order, safety and efficiency in Production
What you bring with you
- Several years’ professional experience in Production, ideally in the food sector
- Initial management experience or significant experience in supervising staff
- A strong understanding of quality and safety
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- A resilient, team-oriented personality with a hands-on approach
- Good command of German
- Two-shift operation from Monday to Saturday (5-day week)
