Your tasks
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products (e.g. cut, weight, appearance, smell)
- Checking the effectiveness of cleaning and disinfection
- Hygiene checks during operations
- Checking operational hygiene through regular inspections
- Training colleagues on hygiene and quality
- Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, formulations and process parameters
- Carrying out visual inspections and measurements.
- Identifying and reporting non-conformities.
- Supplying cleaning chemicals to washing facilities
- Assisting with root cause analysis and the development of corrective actions.
- Documenting the results
- Preparing and maintaining quality control records, reports and documents
What you bring with you
- Preferably a completed vocational qualification or equivalent professional experience in the food industry
- Technical understanding
- Willingness to work shifts and in a range of temperature conditions
- Ability to cope with pressure, ability to work as part of a team, high level of commitment
- An independent, goal-oriented, reliable and meticulous approach to work and documentation
- Ability to assert oneself
