Your tasks
- Project phase
- Co-responsibility in the conceptual planning of the new construction project
- Coordination and active support of the implementation of jointly developed processes
- Supervision of the timely implementation in cooperation with the project team
- Responsibility for the execution of the plant tests
- Commissioning, Acceptance and responsibility for rectifying any defects
- Operation phase
- Supervision and control of all production orders and compliance with the production sequence
- Optimization of operational processes and workflows
- Training and support of employees in the system area (SAP ERP/EWM, Lines and plants)
- Collaboration in project groups and implementation of self-managed projects
- Coordination between the interfaces (Head of Operations, PPS and Technology)
- Optimization of work processes with regard to safety, efficiency, quality and hygiene
- Control and compliance with safety in the work area
- Collaboration for the anchoring and further development of TOP X in the company
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training in production, commercial or logistics
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP
- Advisory skills, communication and cooperation skills
- Solution-oriented action and a networked way of thinking
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of French and English an advantage
