Your tasks
- Responsible for product developments in the seafood sector
- Complete documentation of product development and product information in the system
- Planning and carrying out practical tests for new products and optimizations according to process orientation specifications
- Creating the basis for costing (material, production and cost price)
- Implementing development orders by taking responsibility for batches/samples and initial productions up to successful product launch
- Organizing and carrying out tests for new products

What you bring with you
- Completed training as a chef or comparable
- Further training in food technology an advantage
- Multi-year professional experience in the development of seafood is desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and French
- Routine handling of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
- Passion for working with and enjoying fish and seafood
- Strong organizational skills, reliability and independent working style
