Your tasks

  • Administration and monitoring of time recording
  • Preparation and implementation of payroll accounting, taking into account the applicable tax and social security regulations
  • Administrative handling of applicant management processes
  • Involvement in employee support (personnel file management, instructions, certificates, etc.)
  • Administration of departures (work clothes, locker keys, vacation certificates, etc.)

What you bring with you

  • Completed training in a commercial profession or comparable qualification
  • Very good knowledge of labor, wage tax and social security law
  • Experience in payroll accounting
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-reliant, solution- and service-oriented way of working
  • Team spirit and flexibility
