Your tasks
- Administration and monitoring of time recording
- Preparation and implementation of payroll accounting, taking into account the applicable tax and social security regulations
- Administrative handling of applicant management processes
- Involvement in employee support (personnel file management, instructions, certificates, etc.)
- Administration of departures (work clothes, locker keys, vacation certificates, etc.)
What you bring with you
- Completed training in a commercial profession or comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of labor, wage tax and social security law
- Experience in payroll accounting
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-reliant, solution- and service-oriented way of working
- Team spirit and flexibility
