As part of the expansion of our OT/IoT team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an OT Architect. In this role, you will ensure the reliable operation of our OT systems and actively drive the further development of our production and automation infrastructure. You will also act as deputy to the Head of OT/IoT.

Your tasks
- Ensuring the stable operation and further development of OT systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES/WMS)
- Analysing and permanently resolving faults in production and automation systems
- Managing and optimising production networks and OT infrastructures
- Planning, implementation and commissioning of automation and digitalisation projects
- Implementing OT security requirements and developing backup and recovery strategies
- Contributing to Industry 4.0, Smart Factory and standardisation initiatives within the Bell Food Group
- Collaboration with internal departments as well as external suppliers and integration partners
- Acting as deputy to the Head of OT/IoT and providing support on strategic OT matters
What you bring with you
- Basic technical training followed by further education at HF, FH or university level in the field of automation, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable discipline
- Several years’ experience in the field of operational technology, automation or industrial production systems
- In-depth knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI and MES/WMS systems
- Experience in the operation and further development of OT networks and OT infrastructures
- Knowledge of OT security, vulnerability management and backup/recovery concepts
- An analytical and structured approach to work, as well as strong problem-solving skills
- A resilient personality with a confident manner in a production environment
- A team-oriented approach and a passion for collaborating with various specialist departments
- Very good written and spoken German and English
