Your tasks

  • Supporting the management and the legal department in administrative and organizational tasks
  • Independent processing of legal matters (preparation and adaptation of contracts)
  • Autonomous creation of correspondence and preparation of documents (e.g. for legal proceedings for legal proceedings, meetings)
  • Communication in German and English with internal and external contacts (m/f/d)
  • Maintenance of contract and document management
  • Collaboration in the area of compliance & data protection
  • Organization and preparation of meetings and conferences
  • Coordination and planning of appointments and travel for the management

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a paralegal (m/f/d), notary's assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the legal department of a company (ideally in an international environment) or a law firm as well as expertise in the field of assistance/office management or comparable
  • Experience in dealing with complex documents/contracts
  • German at native speaker level and good knowledge of English
  • Sure handling of MS Office products, especially Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Careful and structured way of working as well as a high degree of reliability and organizational skills
  • Discretion and sense of responsibility in handling confidential information
