Your tasks

  • You will support the production management team in the planning, organisation and management of production processes, as well as in production planning.
  • You will ensure that production runs smoothly and coordinate collaboration with internal partners.
  • You ensure a systematic approach to work, transparent documentation and structured processes.
  • You will lead and oversee projects aimed at optimising and further developing production processes.
  • You will compile and analyse production key figures, derive targeted measures from them and implement these together with the team.
  • As a key user for production and goods receipt in the CSB ERP system, you will play a central role in the further development of the relevant processes.
  • You will further develop the ERP and production processes in close collaboration with production management.
  • You will carry out tests on new processes and system updates and ensure their practical suitability.
  • You will prepare training materials and provide on-site training to staff.
  • In the long term, you will take on your own areas of responsibility as well as managerial responsibility for staff.

What you bring with you

  • A completed apprenticeship or degree in Production, food technology, business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in production, production planning or process optimisation.
  • An interest in the further development of production processes and a passion for project-based work.
  • A strong understanding of processes, key performance indicators and systematic working methods.
  • An affinity for ERP systems and digital processes; experience with CSB would be an advantage.
  • An analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders and has the ability to win colleagues over to new processes.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and develop into a leadership role in the long term.
