Your tasks
- You are the hero of the day when it comes to the support and implementation of incidents and receive the requirements of our specialist departments.
- You support our project management in all topics relating to our applications and their interfaces.
- You coordinate with our external service providers to ensure smooth processes.
- You maintain an overview of our application environment and the interfaces to our systems.
- You ensure that our time-critical system processes run smoothly.
- You carry out system work according to checklists.
- You document everything carefully in our ticket system.
- You are prepared to support our on-call service (7x24) and participate in IT maintenance windows.
What you bring with you
- You are a key user or super user in warehouse management and/or production control and are familiar with the processes.
- You already have experience in application support and have sound knowledge of the SAP EWM environment.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German, knowledge of English is a plus.
- You enjoy working in a team and value the exchange with colleagues.
- You are open to new things and learn quickly in order to familiarize yourself with complex topics.
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach are a matter of course for you.
