Have you successfully completed your studies in business psychology, human resources (HR) or business administration with a focus on HR and are looking for an opportunity to gain your first professional experience? Your tasks
- Involvement in the entire HR process from entry to exit, including maintenance of personnel master data
- Processing of the entire personnel administration (creation of contracts, certificates, confirmations, etc.)
- Involvement in absence management, incl. Checking absences and medical certificates and making changes in the time recording system
- Recruiting temporary employees
- Relating to the recruitment of permanent positions and apprentices
- Supporting our employees at the HR desk
- Creating statistics and evaluations
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) at a university of applied sciences in the fields of business psychology or business administration with a specialization in human resources (HR)
- Confident German
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- A precise and conscientious working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office
