Your tasks
- Operation and further development of the client, system and infrastructure environment
- Support for IT client management (Empirum / Matrix42)
- Software packaging as well as hardware, OS and lifecycle management
- Planning and implementation of patch management
- Administration of MDM, IGEL UMS, Citrix and Omnissa VDI (incl. AppVolumes)
- Administration of Group Policies and collaboration in the hybrid SharePoint environment
- Analysing and resolving faults and performance problems
- nd-level support and support for 1st-level support
- Collaboration and management of sub-projects
- On-call service as required
What you bring with you
- Technical training or comparable qualification
- Experience in Microsoft environments (client & server)
- Knowledge of software distribution / packaging
- Experience with MDM and virtualisation (VDI, Citrix)
- Structured, independent and solution-orientated way of working
- Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to work on call and travel
