Your tasks
- You support ongoing software projects in the HR area - with a focus on the introduction and further development of Abacus and SAP SuccessFactors.
- You coordinate between external partners and our HR teams - and maintain an overview even in hectic phases.
- You will analyse, document and maintain interfaces to adjacent systems (Finance, Time Management, etc.).
- Together with IT and implementation partners, you will carry out data migrations and accompany their Quality assurance.
- You carry out configurations at field level and ensure that these are properly embedded in global and local HR processes.
- You create and maintain clear, comprehensible technical documentation and provide support during tests, acceptance tests and training sessions.
- You will identify optimisation potential - and actively drive forward the improvement of data quality, processes and system integration.
- The position is initially limited until 30 June 2027 - with an option to extend.
What you bring with you
- Completed training or a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a similar field
- Several years of experience in IT or HR digitalisation projects - ideally with SuccessFactors and/or Abacus
- A good understanding of interface architectures, data models and migrations
- Enjoy HR processes and mapping them technically
- A structured, independent way of working - combined with strong communication and coordination skills (you will need them)
- Very good German and English skills to navigate confidently between all stakeholders
