Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a committed individual to join our HR team in the Supply Chain as an HR Business Partner (60–70%), who will provide expert support, advice and development to our on-site teams. Your tasks
- Advice and support for managers throughout the employee life cycle
- Identifying staffing requirements and assisting with the recruitment of new staff
- Promoting staff development through targeted training and development measures
- Support with the implementation of change management processes
- Analysing HR metrics and deriving recommendations for action
- Ensuring compliance with employment law requirements and company policies
What you bring with you
- A degree in Human resources, a business background or a comparable qualification
- Several years’ professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner in an industrial setting
- A passion for supporting staff and managers within an industrial organisation
- In-depth knowledge of employment and social security law
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, and the ability to solve complex problems
- A team-oriented and proactive approach to work
