Your tasks

  • Technical and managerial management of approximately 10 staff members in the internal sales department
  • Organisation and management of day-to-day operations, as well as team scheduling
  • Ensuring efficient order processing and invoicing
  • Customer support, advice and complaint handling
  • Working closely with and supporting the field sales team and internal departments
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, process and safety requirements
  • Supervising and training apprentices in the internal sales team
  • Continuously optimising workflows and processes

What you bring with you

  • Basic commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in sales or business administration
  • Several years’ professional experience in an internal sales role or within a sales environment; experience in the food sector and/or in a manufacturing company would be an advantage
  • Several years’ management experience
  • Very good command of French
  • Strong customer and service focus
  • Confident manner, good communication skills and the ability to assert oneself
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems
