As a foreman or forewoman, you will be responsible for ensuring that operations in our sterilisation department run smoothly and safely. You will lead a small team, operate our equipment for pasteurising and sterilising products, and ensure that quality, hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.

Your tasks
- Organising, supervising and supporting the staff assigned to you in the sterilisation department
- Operating, adjusting and monitoring the equipment used to pasteurise and sterilise our products
- Carrying out and documenting process and quality controls in accordance with quality assurance guidelines
- Recording and entering the manufactured items into the system
- Ensuring hygiene, tidiness and health and safety in your area of responsibility
- Actively participating in the continuous improvement process (optimising workflows and processes)
What you bring with you
- Good written and spoken German (at least level B1)
- Technical understanding and experience in operating production or sterilisation equipment
- Experience in staff management (e.g. as a foreman, shift supervisor or team leader)
- Willingness to work three-shift rotas (early, late and night shifts)
- Ability to work as part of a team, reliability and a structured, responsible approach to work
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
- Own transport or a driving licence, and the ability to travel reliably to the workplace
