Your tasks

  • Coordination of appointments, distribution of documents and organization of training courses incl. Creation and further development of training and presentation documents
  • Support in the preparation and implementation of workshops
  • Supervision and further development of meeting structures in the plant as well as visualization of key figures
  • Follow-up of optimization projects (focus project, SMED, Centerlining, MUDA Walk, 5S) and TopX targets with regard to meeting deadlines and quality of achievement
  • Supervision of TopX initiatives in all areas of the plant
  • Collaboration in the News@Eisberg editorial team
  • Production of various reports
  • General administrative activities

What you bring with you

For this full-time position, we offer a gross monthly salary in line with the market starting at € 2,603.59 depending on specific qualifications and experience.
