Your tasks

  • Supporting the Team Leader Industrial Electrician with administrative work. (orders, order processing and document filing in SAP, filing of safety certificates, schematics)
  • Managing the industrial electrics department in the absence of the industrial electrics team leader
  • Supporting the employees in maintenance, fault and on-call service in the industrial electrics department
  • , Maintenance, breakdown and on-call service in the Industrial Electrics department
  • Ensuring rapid troubleshooting and implementation of upcoming maintenance
  • Maintaining contact with external service providers and suppliers and organizing and coordinating their assignments
  • Actively collaborating with the other departments of the Basel Head Office Technology division
  • Organizing and supporting the periodic checks of low-voltage electrical installations in accordance with the NIV and maintenance of MVStations
  • Assuming responsibility for occupational safety in the area of responsibility
  • Establishing and further developing TOP X in the area of responsibility

What you bring with you

  • Completed basic training as an electrician, electrical fitter or industrial electrician and interest in further training
  • Holder of the restricted installation permit (NIV Art.13) is an advantage
  • Permission to drive an aerial work platform is an advantage
  • Experience or pleasure in managing employees
  • Enjoyment of administrative tasks (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
  • Clean appearance and compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Self-reliant, resilient and reliable
  • Staggered working hours (2 shifts incl. Saturday), on-call duty
