You will carry out maintenance and repairs independently, rectify faults and provide support with conversions and technical projects from planning to implementation. You will also take on deputy tasks as required.

Your tasks
- Carrying out repairs and preventive maintenance on building services systems
- Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance on building services systems
- Assistance with conversions and new builds within your own area
- Independent processing or support of projects in the area of building services
- Support in maintaining the ERP system (SAP)
- Deputising for the Head of Building Services
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a plumber, heating fitter, refrigeration fitter, mechanic or electrician
- Sound experience in the areas of refrigeration, heating, compressed air and ventilation systems and in operational maintenance
- Proven management experience
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Willingness to work the following hours: 5.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday
- Willingness to work an average of two Saturdays per month
- Show willingness for on-call duty
