Do you want to produce food and enjoy using your technical skills? As a machine and plant operator*, you will be responsible for the entire production process, from preparing the raw materials and machines, to operating and monitoring them, to maintaining and cleaning the machines.

Your tasks
During your apprenticeship
- you will commission and check machines and systems
- operate production lines and filling systems
- monitor production processes and intervene immediately in the event of deviations or malfunctions
- carry out prescribed checks to ensure quality
- clean systems regularly and ensure compliance with cleaning schedules
- retool machines, maintain and repair
- be jointly responsible for the smooth running of the machines

- The responsible vocational school is the Peter-Bruckmann-Schule in Heilbronn, lessons take place in block form (accommodation is provided)
- The training lasts 2 years
