Your tasks
- Strategy & Infrastructure: Developing the group-wide AI strategy, roadmap and vision, and establishing a suitable AI infrastructure
- Use Case Management: Identifying, evaluating and prioritising relevant AI use cases in collaboration with the business units
- Business Cases: Preparation of well-founded cost-benefit analyses and decision-making support for senior management
- System Integration: Technical and economic evaluation, selection and integration of suitable AI solutions into existing ERP/SAP systems
- Governance & Compliance: Ensuring the responsible and secure use of AI in line with regulatory requirements
- Culture & Change Management: Building a sustainable AI culture, establishing internal communities and providing targeted coaching for teams
What you bring with you
- Education: A degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification at the interface between business and IT
- Professional experience: Substantial practical experience in digitalisation, as well as in process and project management at the interface between business and IT
- AI expertise: In-depth understanding of modern AI models and tools, as well as experience in developing AI strategies and architectures
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Strong focus on results, with the ability to translate AI use cases into measurable business benefits (ROI)
- Communication: Strong facilitation and coaching skills to successfully act as a bridge-builder between business units, IT and management
- Mindset: A strong sense of responsibility for governance, combined with a pragmatic, action-oriented ‘doer’ mentality
