Your tasks
- Responsibility for the practical training of apprentices in the area of logistics
- Active involvement in day-to-day business (80%) and support in the production environment
- Close collaboration and regular dialogue with the Head of Vocational Training
- Accompanying and supporting the departments relevant to training to ensure practical training
- Continuous optimisation of work processes in terms of efficiency, quality and hygiene
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training in the field of logistics
- Pedagogical and methodical-didactic skills to accompany the apprentices in a professional and motivating manner
- Enjoy working with young people and passing on specialist knowledge
- Willingness to further develop and actively help shape processes
- Completion of a vocational training course or willingness to complete one
- Good written and spoken German
