Training officer / training officer for food technology

Do you have a connection to young people and a passion for meat? Would you like to take on responsibility and pass on your specialist knowledge? Then we are looking for you as a motivated specialist to actively help shape the practical training of our food technology apprentices. You will accompany and support our apprentices with enthusiasm and impart the necessary specialist knowledge in a practical manner to train them to become competent specialists in the meat industry.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the practical training of apprentices in the field of food technology (LMT/LMP)
  • Collaboration in day-to-day business and support in the production environment
  • Regular exchange and close cooperation with the head of vocational training
  • Support of the departments relevant to training in order to provide practical experience
  • Optimization of work processes with regard to economy, quality and hygiene, with the aim of achieving continuous improvements in training and production

What you bring with you

  • Completed basic training in the field of food technology EFZ, preferably with a focus on meat products or convenience
  • Pedagogical and methodical-didactic skills, to accompany the apprentices in a professional and motivating manner
  • Enjoyment in dealing with young people and passing on specialist knowledge
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Willingness to develop further and actively help shape change processes
  • Enjoyment in practical work and putting theoretical knowledge into practice
  • Completion of a vocational training course or willingness to complete it
