Your tasks
- Responsibility for the practical training of apprentices in the field of food technology (LMT/LMP)
- Collaboration in day-to-day business and support in the production environment
- Regular exchange and close cooperation with the head of vocational training
- Support of the departments relevant to training in order to provide practical experience
- Optimization of work processes with regard to economy, quality and hygiene, with the aim of achieving continuous improvements in training and production
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training in the field of food technology EFZ, preferably with a focus on meat products or convenience
- Pedagogical and methodical-didactic skills, to accompany the apprentices in a professional and motivating manner
- Enjoyment in dealing with young people and passing on specialist knowledge
- Good written and spoken German
- Willingness to develop further and actively help shape change processes
- Enjoyment in practical work and putting theoretical knowledge into practice
- Completion of a vocational training course or willingness to complete it
