Trainee for the Production department
Over the course of 12 months, you will regularly rotate through various departments and processes in which you can work and contribute your specialist knowledge. You will explore Bell Switzerland Ltd. and we will get to know your strengths and potential. Ideally, you will discover two or eight Bell locations in Switzerland on this road trip. Your tasks
- Your goal is to take on a management position in our company after the trainee program. You have a hands-on mentality, have a good grasp of things and always find one more solution. You also enjoy meat as a foodstuff and its processing.
What you bring with you
- You have preferably completed your basic training as a butcher, food technologist or chef. After completing a higher professional examination, master craftsman or a degree in food technology, you are eager to put the knowledge you have acquired into practice.
