Your tasks
- Organization of personnel deployment and absence planning
- Maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of machines and systems (electrical and mechanical)
- Carrying out repairs and coordinating with external parties
- Ensuring the procurement and availability of spare parts
- Further development and optimization of machines and systems
- Co-responsibility for reducing downtimes and stoppages
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training as a mechanic or electrician
- Management experience in a similar function
- Assertiveness, solution-oriented approach and high resilience
- Some years of professional experience in a comparable environment
- Sufficient organizational skills and a team player
- Good knowledge of German, knowledge of French an advantage
