We are looking for you at our new location in Oensingen! In this newly created role, you will take responsibility for order picking and ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a motivated team, coordinate the daily tasks and ensure that the goods are provided on time and in the best quality. You will actively shape the development of our new plant and play a key role in shaping the picking processes right from the start.

Your tasks

  • Supporting the Head of Order Picking in the management and coordination of all tasks in the department
  • Managing employees (qualification, training, coaching, information, planning, etc.)
  • Qualitative, quantitative and timely order processing
  • Optimizing work processes in terms of efficiency and quality
  • Responsibility for safety in the area of responsibility with regard to occupational health and safety
  • Inventory responsibility

What you bring with you

  • Completed vocational training in logistics, technology or food
  • Management experience in a comparable function
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Flair for technology/automation/IT
  • Founded knowledge in the use and operation of SAP
  • Sure written and spoken German, knowledge of French and English an advantage
