In this role, you will oversee our production facilities throughout the entire manufacturing process and ensure that quality, safety and process standards are met. Following a structured induction, you will gradually take on responsibility in various areas and actively support the continuous improvement process.

Your tasks
- Operating, adjusting and monitoring production equipment
- Manufacture of food products in accordance with recipes and process specifications
- Quality control of raw materials and ingredients used
- Compliance with hygiene regulations in the workplace
- Careful handling of plant, equipment and tools, and their cleaning
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training
- Several years’ professional experience in the food industry and/or technical sector would be an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts (early, late and night shifts)
- Ability to work in a team, physical stamina and technical understanding
- Good written and spoken German (level B1 or higher)
- Driving licence
