Your tasks
- Management, support and development of staff during your shift
- Ensuring a smooth packing and labelling process and maintaining product quality
- Drawing up and managing the daily production schedule
- Operating and utilising our production systems (E-One, SAP MES)
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality and health and safety regulations throughout the entire area
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for optimisation in production processes
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the food or technical sector
- Several years’ management and professional experience in the food industry
- In-depth knowledge of production control, Quality assurance and hygiene standards
- Experience with lean management and process optimisation
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system, as well as on Saturdays, public holidays and, where necessary, at night
- Very good command of German (B2–C1)
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/E-One)
