Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the entire region according to the profit center principle
  • Employee management and training of 6 to 8 district managers
  • Planning, organization and participation in regional customer events, event fairs and customer seminars 
  • Achieving sales, customer and earnings targets in the sales area as well as in the own district  
  • Processing and acquiring new listings for the regionally assigned head offices

What you bring with you

  • Multiple years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the food service sector
  • Some experience in managing and supervising employees
  • A passion for food and culinary arts and a good understanding of the food environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and are a skilled negotiator
  • You think entrepreneurially and act in a goal-oriented manner
