Do you enjoy coordinating processes, planning requirements with foresight and keeping on top of things even when changes arise at short notice? As a Raw Materials and Stock Planner, you’ll ensure the availability of the required materials and stock. You’ll work closely with Purchasing, Warehousing, Production, Intralogistics and Sales, helping to ensure efficient planning and reliable delivery.

Your tasks

  • Planning and scheduling of allocated raw materials and stock items, taking into account demand, stock levels and delivery times
  • Ensuring the availability of materials and goods for Production, the warehouse and customer orders
  • Monitoring and optimising stock levels with the aim of avoiding shortages, excess stock and scrap
  • Co-ordinating planning with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Intralogistics and Sales
  • Monitoring of purchase orders, delivery dates and order confirmations, and taking necessary action in the event of deviations
  • Maintaining and validating base data relevant to planning, and contributing to the further development of planning and scheduling processes

What you bring with you

  • Completed basic training, ideally in a commercial, logistics or technical field
  • Experience in scheduling and in demand or materials planning
  • Experience with raw materials, retail products or in the food industry would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP and planning systems
  • Further training in business administration would be an advantage
  • An independent, resilient and structured approach to work, as well as decisiveness and good communication skills
