Your tasks
- Maintaining and further developing the quality management system
- Ensuring the implementation of quality specifications and process regulations in the company
- Optimizing work processes in terms of efficiency, quality and hygiene
- Planning and implementing training courses for employees
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training in the food sector, quality management, food technology or similar
- Knowledge of HACCP, IFS or other relevant standards
- Good specialist knowledge of fresh meat and quality management
- Good MS Office, Windows and SAP skills
- Exact and quality-conscious way of working as well as a strong team spirit
