To ensure this continues to be the case, we are further expanding our Quality management team. In this varied role, you will take responsibility for Quality assurance in our logistics and production processes and will be involved in all areas of the logistics division. Particular focus is placed on the Slicer Centre, where products are sliced under cleanroom conditions. In this role, you will ensure that our products meet the high quality and safety standards at all times. You will work closely with various Departments and help to continuously develop our quality processes.

Your tasks
- Your responsibilities will include carrying out and supervising internal audits, as well as conducting site inspections to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
- In addition, you will assist with the preparation for external audits
- You will be responsible for coordinating and analysing sampling, as well as liaising with internal and external laboratories
- You will assist with the validation and verification of processes, as well as with the maintenance and preparation of documents
- You will independently develop and deliver training on topics such as hygiene, GHP and food safety, thereby strengthening quality awareness within the team
- You will also work closely with the Head of Quality management for the Logistics product group
- Participating in various projects is also part of this exciting role
What you bring with you
- Preferably a degree or vocational qualification in food technology, or an equivalent qualification
- You have professional experience in Quality management within a production or logistics organisation, ideally in the meat industry
- Your profile is rounded off by a good knowledge of food law, HACCP, GHP and hygiene; experience with IFS standards (IFS Food, IFS Logistics) would be an advantage
- You are IT-savvy and confident using digital applications. Proficiency in MS Office is a given for you. Knowledge of SAP (ERP) is desirable. Knowledge of EWM is a plus.
- You are a quick learner and are able to grasp complex interrelationships and processes swiftly, whilst retaining them over the long term
- Your approach to work is structured, reliable and consistently solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility
- You enjoy working as part of a team, as well as helping to shape and optimise existing processes
- Finally, you have a good command of written and spoken German; knowledge of French is an advantage
